Initial Contact Details (1 min)

Provide your basic contact information in the setup form. This data is securely routed to our team and instantly auto-fills your customized registration document.

Step 2

Document Completion & Upload (5 min)

Complete the remaining fields on your generated PDF. You can submit the finalized agreement in two ways:

— Digitally: Apply a certified digital signature and upload the file via the provided secure link.

— Manually: Print, sign by hand, snap a photo, and scan the QR code on the form to upload the image directly.

Step 3

Online Verification & Tour (5 - 10 min)

Our team will reach out to schedule a brief video verification call. During this session, we will verify your medical practicing number, finalize your contract, and provide a 5-minute guided tour of the myDexTrial platform.

Step 4

Training & Activation

Following verification, your general training module is unlocked. Once completed, your account is fully activated, and you are ready to begin matching and referring patients to clinical trials supported by the myDexTrial fully integrated campaign program.
